"This was a very good experience. We had bought a 2nd home in Dewey and the carpets and tile in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room needed cleaning. The previous owner had large dogs and children so there were accidents over the course of the years. The carpets had a number of stains and various other problems. This was the only carpet company I called that actually came out to the house and looked everything over and pointed out the problem areas, what could be cleaned and what was beyond help, and gave me an accurate estimate for the total cost. I had only planned on getting the carpets done, but before he had left I had decided to get the tile done too. Their equipment is so much better than the little carpet cleaning units I have rented in the past. I very seldom paid a professional for rug cleaning, but in this case I am very glad I did. The super heated steam they used and various pretreatments made everything much better. (You can't beat that steam for killing all sorts of tiny critters that might be living in your carpets.) Several days later two spots appeared that neither of us had seen before. He came by the very next day and went over those spots and probably 100 square feet around them at no additional cost. He seemed to really enjoy his work and truly wanted every customer to be very happy, and I was very happy. Since I was new to the area, he was also very helpful in recommending a number of other people to try for other services. "Ken, the service tech, came about two weeks prior to thoroughly inspect our carpeting and gave us a quote, as well as set up an appointment time, Oct. 18, 2012. We were concerned because of the fact that we have two dogs and six cats. He assured us he had some pretty good chemicals that could help with all questionable stains. His quote for all that he was going to do, including an area rug, we felt was most reasonable and fair. <br /> <br /> As far as the details, Ken called us the day before to confirm the time and even called us in the morning to let us know that he was on his way. Ken was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and even helped us with some of the heaviest pieces of furniture. We were so amazed at the quality of the work, and after 12 years of wear, could not believe how it came out almost brand new again! <br /> <br /> Ken made sure he put styrofoam discs under all legs of our furniture, to avoid any rust spots. He promised us it would not take long at all to dry, but he followed up with another call the next morning, just to make sure all was dry, and if there were any other questions or concerns. In other words, he well represents his company, All About Kleen, to the hilt, to make sure we were 100% satisfied, and we are!"
