"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! "This is a mixed review. I've used them twice before and had a great experience. This 3rd time didn't go well initially. I asked for help with my dance corner and soft close cabinets. I asked if this was possible and was assured over the phone that they can do the floor. I offered to have them come earlier so they knew what the work involved but they declined. The first handyman couldn't do either the cabinets or the floor and wasted my time. I called several times and was told someone would get back to me and no one called. When I said I would place a bad review, the manager Bob Schmidt contacted me. He came to the house and we brainstormed a way for the dance floor. His team built one for me and installed it. They also fixed my cabinets. I recommend being very very precise with your projects so they can accurately say if it is in the scope of their work. I will use them again because they were responsive to my complaint and went over and above to fix it."

"I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Zura Goodpaster. What I thought was a small repair to the soffits under my roof, was actually tell-tale signs of a leak surrounding my skylights. Rather than doing a superficial patch job, Zura took detailed pictures of my problem and sent them back to Mr. Handyman headquarters for further analysis. As suspected, I had roof problems that Mr. Handyman was not licensed and bonded to repair. They took the time to explain why and made recommendations as to what needed to be done.
