"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"I am a DIY guy who rarely hires contractors for home improvement projects. My 4200 square foot shake roof needed replacement and we decided to go with a thick Owens Corning shake-like shingle (Woodmoor Chestnut). The project involved removing the old shakes, installing the new shingles, plywood sheathing, skylights/solar tunnels, underlayment, vents and lots of flashing. Being a DIY guy, I was very apprehensive about trusting this expensive project to a stranger. I picked DHT based on Owens Corning recommendation, online reviews and meeting with Curtis. When the crew showed up it was obvious that they had been briefed on the job details and my anxieties. I quickly realized that Brian, the team lead, was an experienced professional who I could trust. A couple minor issues arose during the project and each was thoroughly and courteously resolved. We had almost 2” of rain during the construction – but not a single drop found its way into the attic. The finished product exceeds our expectation. I did not think anything would look as good as new shakes – but this new roof comes close. Based on this experience I have reason to be less anxious over hiring a contractor in the future."

"I received about 5 estimates for a new metal roof at our primary residence - from the get-go, Victor (sales), was very courteous; knowledgeable and professional. After providing us with an estimate, he followed up with a visit with the owner of the company, Carlos - Carlos was totally a subject matter expert on roofing, especially on our requirement for a metal roof - he provided us the perfect recommendations on the type of metal roof we need and gutters. Based on their competitive price point, we signed a contract on that second visit. Both, my wife and I agree that our choice in Premier was based on our confidence in Carlos and Victor delivering - there was no pressure; just solid details on product; delivery; dates and installation. The installation was pretty seamless with a professional work crew removing the old roof; changing out plyboards and installing the new roof; then, we were hit with snow in Seattle, which caused a slight delay in installing the gutters and finishing touches on the roof. The roof is now complete - full metal; new contemporary skylights and new gutters - it looks amazing; I already had a few neighbors inquire on the roofer - I recommended Premier to them as well. In summary, we've had numerous experiences with contractors dropping the ball, but Premier has been on point - pretty much delivering as promised. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
