"When Frank gave me a quote for my fence, I felt it was very fair. The gates didn’t change the price by much. When he realized later in the process he gave me a credit. I was nervous seeing the fence go up and worried he might not finish the last bit, but he did and he did a great job. My only criticism of frank is that he should provide a more realistic schedule that accounts for the heat and tricky labor market, but the quality of the finished product was well worth the wait. The design was super simple and without any weird fringes, all the edges lined up in a nice way, and I was pleAsed with all the little design decisions that Frank made along the way. Frank was honest, polite, knowledgeable, responsive and a good communicator and fair negotiator.
