Kenny Estes provided a mock up design of the proposed addition - patio, fire pit, planters, walk, and steps to show us what it would look like in concept. He had software where he took the "as is" and was able to digitally add in what the his proposal would look like. He also provided estimates on the cost and timing to address the sagging of my existing patio, due to subsidence. His crew worked well and made changes to suit my wife on the new additions around the fire pit and planters. They performed the work in a timely manner and showed up when promised. The new addition looks very good and Advanced Landscape Solutions did a good job repairing the issues with my existing patio, pavers, and planters.

I waited before providing feedback to Angie's List as I wanted to see how the work looked after time had elapsed. Advanced Landscape Solutions did a good job and I would use them again.

"The yard work was fair.  My comments/corrections/directions where either ignored or not passed on to the appropriate people.  Compared with others the price was good.  It appeared that the chemicals were applied but they were not as affective as I would have expected."

"I enjoyed working with Steve. One thing I really liked is being able to get in touch with him if I had questions. The craftsmanship for the deck, stairs and fence are really good.
The only issue I'm having is with the stairs, unfortunately its starting to show signs of rust already =( . Hopefully something can be done about that. Overall things went well and my neighbors love the deck. People have actually come by to ask where we got it done.
