"I had a leak in my laundry room, and had SlopePro come by to look at it. I was worried that they would try to pressure me into some huge purchase like other roofing companies, but that wasn’t the case. When they arrived, the found where the leak was, explained everything to me, and simply replaced a pipe boot. There was no high pressure sales tactics, they literally just fixed the leak. Not too long after, a huge storm blew off a few of my shingles. They came out again and WOW. Their knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. They handled everything for me, were always available for questions, provided top notch work, and I have a brand new roof that I can trust was done RIGHT (covered by insurance). These guys and gals are truly the most honest, transparent and professional people you could ever ask for when making roofing decisions. "They did perform the work, same day, very neatly, the gentleman who showed up was the owner of the service, and he was polite, professional, and accommodated the work the same day. I was in a hurry and needed to get some work done quickly; they come out and provide a quote, but indicated their minimum was $500 worth of work to take on the job when Home Advisor had indicated the work was valued at about $400. When we noted a home inspector had indicated the roof 'boots' needed to be replaced, they offered to check on the potential replacements, quote a price, then perform the work the same day. First, they offered a quote for $2,500, which seemed exorbitant for replacing two boots on the roof, then came down to $2,100, then I countered (and they accepted) for $2,000 which included the initial $500 for building the rain dam by the chimney. So honestly, I don't know if I overpaid or paid just about the right price for the boot replacements. Personally, when I review the project and the work, I think $1,000 would have a MORE reasonable price. I would recommend that dealing with ANY roofing repair company to get at least a second quote on the work before accepting the job, even if the company offers to do the work the same day."

"From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning. My yard and driveway are completely cleaned up-couldn't even tell they were here. Ease of payments as well. Date of Service: 2020-04-29 04:00:00.000"

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."
