"Called budget roofing for an estimate and he came out on the 6th gave me a quote on a repair to my leaking chimney area of my roof. I called and agreed to the price. The work was down 2 days later. He tore out around chimney, removed corner molding, and shingles as needed. He installed water & ice shield underlayment, installed new flashing, and re-roofed the area. He would have provided a close matching shingle but, my husband wanted the shingles he wanted up there so, he bought the ones for the job. This was done when we were having single digit days and had one warm day that the work could be done on. He was very understanding of my husband wanting the shingles he wanted and he did a great job. The work took a bit of time but, he did a really great job I was told by my husband later. Have had no problems since and was given a warranty for the labor as well. <br /> <br /> I would use this company with no problems or reservations again. Highly recommend them to all my friends as well.  <br />"

Within 30 minutes they pointed to an issue that the previous company had seen and ignored. Mike Beck recommended a quick fix to sop the leaking during the rain that day and then came back as promised and implemented the final fix. They also revealed the previous company had covered up more issues than they fixed. Fitzgerald and Beck corrected the crappy work from the previous company and now my house is dry..... "I reached out to Alatech for a quote and Larry immediately gave me a call back within 10 minutes. He offered a reasonable quote and available appointments right off the bat. His report was very detailed which was great since we are out of state investors and were not present for the inspection. The report was emailed to me within a 24 hr turnaround and he was able to hop on a call to go over all the questions I had for him. Totally recommend him for any home inspection. Reliable, punctual and thorough."

"First time job was done very well and all painters were very professional.  We selected a color from a little sampler which you couldn't tell what color it really was and when the job was finished the room looked pink, which wasn't going to work.  My wife was very unhappy about the way the color turned out so the owner was asked to repaint it and we would pay him and purchase our own paint.  He wasn't very happy but agreed to for a set amount.  The second crew had only one of the original painters with them and they did a much worse job by not covering the floor and so we had to clean up paint drippings, they left wide paint brush strokes next to trim on the walls and one of the workers used the bathroom and left it in a mess.  When we confronted the owner with our findings he became belligerent and said we didn't know what we were talking about and then stormed out the door.  We tried to find out what he was going to do to correct the problem and he would never answer our phone calls.  Later we went to the BBB he said he would talk with us about the problem but by that time we had our fair share of the nonsense so we have never settled the issue and to this date we refuse to deal with the owner again."
