"Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. "I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."

"Sam Howard and his crew at Pro Building Solutions remodeled our whole house for us. We had a projected time frame of 3 weeks (for only the bathroom remodel), added in a lot of custom details in the middle of the job, including taking out a wall, doing a custom bead board wainscoting in the bathroom, changing out all of the outlets/switches in the entire house, and replacing all of the interior doors/hardware and somehow still ended up with only 3 weeks and 3 days in total for our job! We were more than satisfied with
their performance! Every time we added something to the job, he would give us an estimation of how much time we were adding to the total of the job. In the end, they far exceeded our time frame in which we were expecting.  There were quite a few different guys coming in and out of the house, but all of them were courteous, professional, and took the time to listen to our needs.

Sam helped greatly with the design side. From start to finish he really made it an easy process in choosing which products to use
based on our budget that we had presented him from the beginning of the job. We selected a few upgrades that put us over our budget, after all, you're only going to remodel once! However, we were able to save on some other materials that Sam had recommended during the process with his contractor prices. He also handled all of the delivery of our materials and never once charged us for the many hours of consultations he provided throughout the construction process.

I absolutely hate the construction process (tearing my house apart) but all in all, Pro Building Solutions helped to make my project as easy and pain free as possible. They kept the job site clean every day, made sure I could park my car in the garage, and were always there to help me, even if it was to carry a few bags of groceries into my house on their lunch break.
