"I was charged $985.00 for 1 hour of work and a fitting. I let him know I was recently widowed. After reading the Yelp reviews, this seems to be a pattern of overcharging women. He did give me an estimate which I balked about, he told me there was a lot of digging. I assumed there would be several hours of work. Nope. 1 hour and a fitting. A friend from my Church talked to several plumbers first, then called to complain. Rick told him too bad, I had been given an estimate. He should be ashamed of himself."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"They were able to come out that day!!!!! Other companies could only come like a week later. Was earlier than expected. Friendly and professional. I had taken apart the bottom of my sink trying to find the clog with no luck. They came out did a few tricks and it was fixed. I am so grateful for the help and promptness. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
