One room had wall to wall carpet that was ripped up and had glue all over the old flooring and they cleaned it up to look flawless. Stairs refinish also perfect. Not only was I expecting him to refinish my hardwood floors, I was asking him to come in and work miracles to repair the damage done by another contractor who had a damaged machine created wavy distortions to my floors. Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. "Michael was very responsive from the get go and answered a ton of questions about how he would refinish an antique (1895) pine floor and fill in large cracks and gaps that had deteriorated over the years. He and his crew completed the job in one day, wore masks (essential during the pandemic), and left the place cleaner than before they arrived. Beautiful work and an excellent value."

"The house was a bit of a challenges because there were multiple woods (oak, maple, and pine). Getting a stain to match across all these woods wasn't easy. We were also between a few colors, so it was hard to decide. Anh was very accommodating and gave us samples from the workshop as a starting point. We got a shortlist from that, which he then put as samples on the floor so we could really see what it would look like. We made lots of iterations which he was happy to do. The crew finished the work in less than a week. They were prompt and available when promised. Every day they cleaned up their work. In short, we're very happy with the results. Anh was also one of the more reasonable quotes from the list of 4 that we received (his quote was clear/concise and prompt). He was also a referral from a friend, so that made our choice even easier."

"Wow! We have been so incredibly impressed by Ozzie and his team. We were moving from Boston to Harvard and had about 6 weeks between closing and when we had to move to do a bunch of work on the new house. Ozzie did so much more than just the floors for us. Every time we mentioned another project, he quickly would say â we do thatâ , and indeed he and his workers not only did the work, but did it quickly, with high quality, great communication, timeliness and of course a great price. Just to summarize what they did: 1) Sanded, stained and new poly on all of the wood floors (a lot of square footage). We did provincial stain with satin finish poly and they are gorgeous. 2) complete interior painting of all walls, ceiling, trim, doors, closets 3) sanded and refinished the kitchen cabinets to make the tired old wood cabinets have a completely new life.. (this is an incredible option to quickly and inexpensively give your old kitchen a completely new feel). He used a different white enamel and removed all the knobs and hinges and then reattached everything for a very custom look. He also did the same for the first floor bathroom and it looks AMAZING. 4) put down new slate tile in the kitchen and bathroom (previously was older linoleum). The dark grey natural stone looks beautiful with the white counters and new paint job. 5) installed new backsplash subway tile. Overall we could not be happier. His price was. Fantastic, and Ozzie is a genuinely good guy with a great crew. We will absolutely continue to work with him on future projects and have recommended him to my brother and fiends already."
