"We called them, and yes, they came pretty fast, which really appreciate it Over the phone, we ask them how much it?s going to be, they didn?t tell us anything Gentleman who came was nice and hard, working guy, he found our pipes was squeezed with three roots, so, he dig to the ground, but didn?t finish the work She told with this problem, we need to put a completely new line and it?s going to cost us fortune My brother came, who originally installed our sprinkles, and just pulled the pipe, and everything start working Guy who worked our sprinkles barely was here for two hours, in that time he didn?t have extra batteries, use ours When we?re told we don?t wanna continue work, we got bill , which says guy was here for 3.67 hours, and they charge $103 per hour So, looks like I can?t trust this company, because they overcharge me"

"Be careful here. We asked for a design with a specific budget in mind ($40k). The design we got back was for $100k+ with no options to get us back to the budget we had originally discussed. This was after we paid $1,500 for the design...which, again, was useless to us because it was so far outside of our budget. We brought this up via email and got a generic response about paying in installments or using lesser quality materials. We asked a follow-up question after that, and it's been radio silence ever since. We're moving on to a company that respects our budget, but just wanted to throw this out as a warning. Get your budget in writing on the contract before paying for the design fee. Design was beautiful btw."
