"On August 4th, 2020 a 70 foot tree crashed into my home crushing the dormer and punching holes all over my roof. I literally did not have a roof over by head. The next few days were a flurry of activities with numerous contractors arriving to give me quotes on the work needed. With each contactor I grew more and more alarmed. They were quoting astronomical prices that did not even cover the full repairs. In some cases I had no idea what was included in the quote and what was left out. Mark arrived at my home about a week after the event. Within 15 mins of meeting him I could feel the stress draining away. He got out his ladder climbed on the roof and then came in the house to observe the damage and to take measurements. None of the other 5 contractors who visited did this. He provided some quotes immediately and others within a few days. The prices were reasonable and made sense and I knew exactly what I was getting for my money. Within a few days I had a full breakdown of all the work and an understanding of when each item would be completed roof, carpentry , guttering and dry wall.
