"Had a sewer line clog back up in the basement. After a nationally known sewer/drain cleaning company snaked out the trap and did a camera inspection of the main line for me, I was told the line was broke and needed to be replaced or relined. They even showed me their video where they said were breaks. I called Daniel for a second camera inspection, he responded promptly, was very friendly, professional, polite. He saw no breaks, showed me the whole video showing just waste build up so he hydrojetted the line, spending several hours flushing it out until it was clear, making sure there was no mess, even allowing me to put a copy of the before/after videos on a flash drive for myself. Saved myself a great deal of expense, headache, and worry with Daniel. No hidden surprises. You can go with others if you want, but call Daniel first! You will be so happy that you did. I would give him more than five stars if I could!"

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. "On time. Driver/owner very knowledgeable and pleasant. Hard and through worker. Did a good job and cleaned up the worked area when done. He ran into unexpected problems and tried to clear the problem in a less expensive way but it could not be worked that way. He had to remove the 4 inch sewer piping cap and cleared the heavy grease clog. He continued to cleared out the entire 4 inch line from inside the basement to the septic tank. He had a line camera and showed me the inside of the 4 inch pipe all the way from the basement to the septic tank. And he kept to the written estimate he created before starting his work."

"Scheduling was quick, the technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. They provided an estimate up front, and once agreed upon, proceeded to clear the window well drain pipe. Multiple wiffle balls later, they tested the drain and things were running well."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."
