"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

The installation by Eric was professionally done, and they also replaced all the wood around the windows (and other areas) with hardy board before pressure washing and re-painting all the exterior non-brick surfaces. Replacement windows can be purchased from many companies, but Crown Exteriors' installation/labor/painter makes the difference. We will be contacting Crown Exteriors in the future to replace the back deck as we are so very happy with their work."
