"I hired Geno's company to do a full residing and gutter replacement. Geno was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. "Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."

The recent storms has shown that the gutters do not leak. Installed 5and quot; gutters and 3X4 downspouts. I opted not to install the leaf guard system.

"Tanya called the same day my email request was submitted and scheduled an estimate appointment. Mike came out on time and thoroughly explained that my gutter fell due to rotted wood and explained very thoroughly what needed to be done to repair the problem so it wouldn't happen again. A few years ago I had all my wood trim capped with aluminum by another vendor and they did an awful job. Some of the fascia capping fell off and I had delayed in getting it repaired. Mike wrote down the color and manufacturer of the capping that needed repaired and said he would have no problems getting the replacement fascia capping in the same color as well as a matching gutter. I had already received several estimated from other construction companies for just the gutter, so I was prepared for sticker shock for the additional cost of the fascia capping. I was beyond shocked when I received the estimate and it was less approximately $50 more than the cheapest estimate which only included the gutter and wood replacement, and no guarantee on the color match. Scheduling was just as easy as getting the estimate appointment. Tanya promptly emailed me the estimate and proposal and the earliest install date (only a matter of days). Mike and his team came out on the day promised, worked fast, and didn't skimp on quality. They cleaned up the mess perfectly and took away all the old material. I need some exterior work done, and didn't hesitate to call Merryfield for that project!
