"Getting the appointment and the free estimate went fine they were very easy to work with. I although, had to call very late the day before the appointment to get an approximate time, which was something that was promised, but not done. The crew was then 30 minutes late. I emphasized with everyone I spoke with that my windows, especially my sliders and the tracks were extremely dirty. I had learned of Fish through a friend when I was actually at her house when a crew of about 6 came. They sent 2 guys to my house. One which in particular liked to talk I think more than work. The cleaning was very hit and miss. On the bottoms of the push up windows, some bottoms were cleaned, some not. One of the sliders screens was done just on the border, the inside ignored, and some windows were very smeared. I showed them immediately how dirty the tracks were in the slider doors. I would have thought with so much dirt accumulated in the corners they would have brought a vacuum or something to clean out the track. Instead they just used there wet rags (no buckets or fresh water) and made a muddy mess in the corners that went up the sides of my wall. When they were almost done, one asked if I wanted the inside sills done? I said and quot;Isn't that part of the deal?and quot; He then went back to the windows he had cleaned and redid the inside sills.Although to this day I had corners of mud in the window sills. I was extremely disappointed and will not recommend them again. <br />"
