"Our wood blinds were over due for a cleaning and covered in dust. Not having much luck cleaning them myself in the past, I was hoping to find someone who could get the job done. Liz contacted us through homeadvisor and scheduled a time to see the blinds. She followed the visit with a timely estimate. She showed up the next day as scheduled, prepared to complete the job. She went above and beyond by cleaning the blinds as well as the windows and screens leaving everything clean and tidy. The job took longer than she had estimated however she was very thorough and did a great job. We will hire Liz again."

I had ARC out specifically because I had a previous gutter company that did not have the skills to do the fascia work they discovered after taking down the gutters. ARC came out, did an assessment, and told me I'd get an estimate soon. I called back a week later and they told me he's still working on the estimate. I called back a couple of weeks later and they told me they couldn't do the job...something about a guy they use couldn't do it? The lack of communication and was very unprofessional. This isn't a complicated projects...some boards and gutters. C'mon."
