"I was very impressed by the customer service person Daisy who came out looked over the project and sent in a bid as promised in a timely manner. Other contractor's looked at the project and I never heard back. Second the timing on getting the project scheduled and completed was well done. Took about 2 weeks from the estimate to completion. Given these busy times i thought that this was a fair wait. Third the workmanship was outstanding. "I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed.
