"We had 3 companies come out to bid our home exterior project. We are very happy we went with Capital to replace our roof, siding and windows. Jeff and Danny were great to work with. They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. They kept us updated throughout the project as materials were delivered and when the different crews would be working on our house. The roofing crew was very efficient and hard working. Bryan the window installer was outstanding. We were very impressed with his high-quality work and attention to detail. John, Tony, and the rest of the siding crew were also fantastic. They made sure all our questions were answered as they were completing their work. Finally, we had stonework done on the front of the house and Troy, the mason, was great as well. "Excellent overall experience! I did some shopping around and Rick's was the obvious choice. The sales experience was pleasant and informative. Options were reviewed and questions were answered thoroughly so there was a clear understanding on both sides. I was notified when the windows arrived so we could get the work scheduled. Everything was done in a timely manner, the installer was both polite and professional. Clean up was handled as if it were their own house and the quality of the windows and the installation was exactly what you would want with a purchase of that size that is meant to last decades. I will return to Rick's if I have any future needs and will continue to refer others to them for quality work at a competitive price!"

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"From our very first meeting with Tyler until the final cleanup of the site, I was completely blown away by how eRoof exceeded our every expectation! Our home and garage roof had suffered hail damage last year. Having an older house with many dormers we were concerned about the project cost and whether the initial estimate would be close to accurate. Tyler took the lead in n working directly with the insurance company in verifying the claim and the initial estimate within a week. Two weeks later the work was completed (on time, on budget) under very hot weather conditions. The very next day Tyler was out meeting with us to perform the final job walk-through. I could not believe how nice the roof looked and how thoroughly they cleaned the yard. Most impressively, everything Tyler said they would do they did.
