"I was looking for whole house siding replacement and Buck was able to come out quickly, provide expert advice on the potential job, and provide an estimate just as quick. This was something that we didn't get from some of the other sales people who came out. We decided against the whole house and wanted to get some patching and painting done instead. While he wasn't in a position to provide repair work he did provide the number of a painter that he uses for his own needs, which was above and beyond what I would expect from a company after I'd already declined his offer. The estimate provided was close or better than the other estimates we received. If we had gone whole house replacement, we would've chosen Eagle for the job."

"Excellent overall experience! I did some shopping around and Rick's was the obvious choice. The sales experience was pleasant and informative. Options were reviewed and questions were answered thoroughly so there was a clear understanding on both sides. I was notified when the windows arrived so we could get the work scheduled. Everything was done in a timely manner, the installer was both polite and professional. Clean up was handled as if it were their own house and the quality of the windows and the installation was exactly what you would want with a purchase of that size that is meant to last decades. "I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"Tyler took the time to give a thorough estimate and explain the details of the project. Scheduling was timely and efficient. The crew showed up early and began work promptly at 7am. They worked tirelessly all day long until nightfall. They came back the next day to finish and clean up the site. The clean up was incredible. There is no evidence that work had been done other than an errant nail and a beautiful new roof. Once the project was completed, Tyler came out to walk through the site with me, answering any other questions I had.
