"Working with L&L was a very positive experience.  They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process.   A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he  installed a metal roof.  As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, they were conscientious about cleaning the yard and building when they completed the task.

"Things started well right from the start.  An email was sent to me which provided me with a photo of the salesperson who would be coming so that I would be sure I was dealing with the right people.  The price on the garage door was higher than that provided by other vendors but the quality of the door was higher and the job was going to entail replacing all of the hardware that had been in place.  It made sense since some of the hardware was in-place since 1979 and it was time to go. None of the other vendors were going to do this. 
The gutters were installed by a different team - and on a different date - from the garage door team.  Both of them were polite, efficient and prompt. 
The only thing I would have wished is that I would have been able to make one call and be able to get information on both projects.  The way DiGiorgi is structured, each area is separate and you need to call each area individually.

"I rate the product and service overall as a 4, given delays in delivery times. Customer service with Long Windows has always been professional and accurate. The Quantum-2 windows come with a lifetime replacement warranty. I have had several compromised Q-2 windows (leakage with mold and moisture between the panes) replaced since having them installed in our house in 2010. Replacement has always been well done. The difficulty is in Long Windows receiving replacement windows from the factory once they place an order. Delivery usually take 6-8 weeks from date of order. The Covid virus pandemic has now added time to this process. We like these windows very much as they offer great insulation and are a superior product and easy to clean."
