That installation ultimately failed within a few years due to what a technician on a recent visit confirmed was an improper initial installation. Fast forward to our recent service call: a technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us over $700 to replace a simple hose bib with no additional parts required. "Mike was excellent. He came in was very polite and professional. He quickly provided the quote and in less than an hour had removed the old leaky faucet and installed the new one. It worked perfectly and looks amazing in the kitchen. Mike removed all the old parts and new faucet packaging. He even gave me pointers on diy checking water pressure to make sure there is not too much pressure coming in. Also, reminded me to register my Delta faucet which I did shortly after. Thank you Mike!! Price seemed a bit high, but it was done right away on a Saturday! With 6 month warranty on the plumbing work."

"Called because of issues with slow draining and gurgling toilets the came and pumped, shortly after there was water backing up into my crawl space. When I called back and asked of they had checked the lines for blockage they told me to get a plumber (they had not checked for blockage as they should have, which was confirmed by plumber). When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it."
