"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"I was very happy with Vasyl and his team. They replaced the decking boards and railings on both of my decks. Work performed was of high quality and attention to detail was very evident. Communication with Vasyl was also very good, he contacted me whenever there was a question regarding stylistic change options. I would definitely recommend them for a future project."

"United Brothers Construction LLC has been a great experience to work with! We had a tree fall on top of our roof during the wind storm in the fall of 2024. It damaged my roof and sidings. As a 1st time homeowner this was not the experience I wanted! I was nervous to trust someone to do the work but I have to say that from day 1, meeting them, Klever and his family (yes! his young son was there as well) it was a trusting vibe! I am so glad I did! They have always been in constant communication with me about everything! They did an amazing job! I love how my house turned out! I needed them again for a water damage in my bathroom to the garage underneath. The damage was so severe but without hesitation they reassured me that they would make sure everything was inspected and assessed. The outcome was an amazing transformation! I have a beautiful bathroom! Thank you to Klever and his team at United Brothers Construction, LLC! Gracias! Brothers Construction, LLC!"

"Extremely well! Troy is very detailed oriented, so he makes sure not to cut corners. Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! He knew it was best to remove the old stuff and start with new sub-flooring, even if it meant the job would be more difficult for him. Troy finished in a timely fashion, and it's beautiful...no bumps or bubbles!"

"Great attention and timely communication. Crew was talented and tackled a very unique task of transforming a 100 year old garage that was half concrete and half wood into a classy addition to my property. Owner answered all questions and addressed any concerns immediately. I highly recommend this company. No job is too big or too small"

"Jose did a great job. There was light freezing rain on the day the job was schedule and surprised Jose didn't cancel. He showed up, setup his equipment and worked 3 plus hours going around the home washing away built up mildew on the siding. He even got on the roof to wash the dormers' siding and cleaned out the gutters."
