"Chris always returned the calls in timely manner. Concrete projects usually need waiting based on company's book-of-work and weather. Therefore, Chris proactively called me every two weeks to update me the latest, after he told me in Mar that my project probably be on in May. The price is very reasonable. Plus, I like the way of pricing - the qoute is lump-sum and no additional charge for 'trivials' during the project. When the project began, we found the steps of side door need to be removed and re-made. Chris did not charge me additionally for the new steps."

"I'm very pleased. I had concerns about dust and fumes from the epoxy. The dust was minimal and fumes were not an issue at all. If I had to do it all over again, I'd set up a box fan with filters, as I've seen on YouTube, but even without that, the dust was not overwhelming. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and welcomed my checking in on them. When they went to lunch, they cleaned up their work area, (even put the toilet seat down in the basement bathroom), something I didn't expect at all. I had questions when they were at lunch, and the salesman got the answers I needed quickly. A couple of things I would change about this process: 1. After they were done, cleaned the area for the day, and put their equipment away, one of the workers invited me downstairs to approve their work. If I had not approved, it was a bit late for me to object as they were packed and ready to go. I suggest in the future the homeowner be asked for their approval before everything's packed up. Their work looked good, but this seemed like a manipulative tactic that wasn't appreciated. 2. The more experienced of the two workers explained early on that he needed to remove some insulation but assured me he'd put it back when he was done. When I saw that he'd not put it back, I mentioned it. He refused to put it back, saying "It doesn't matter". It was an odd way to end a perfect job up to that point. I was totally pleased with how everything was handled, and then that comment and behavior from him just put a bad taste in my mouth. That evening or the next day, I received a very nice gift from the company that was just a really nice touch. A couple of weeks later, we had heavy rains and I experienced water along the walls where the work was done. Within a week of me raising the concern, an arrangement for a technician to visit my home was made. I appreciate their prompt attention to the matter. I expect it's very simple like needing more epoxy at the base of the straps, so I decided to go ahead and submit this review. It's difficult to find trustworthy people to do work in your home. I'm very relieved I found a company that is totally worthy of that trust and highly recommend Acculevel. The work they did looks good and solid."

"It went great. The crew was very professional and did a great job. After 6 months, I don't have any cracks. Their pricing was $3000-6000 below the other 3 estimates. Donny ran into unexpected complications (concrete near garage was 3x thicker than the quote anticipated) and didn't charge extra. He's done two neighbors and just did a great job. Highly recommend, in fact, I did recommend for my father and brother. <br />"

Knew immediately what the issue was with out stone foundation, and offered solutions that we could get done asap and fit our budget. Very happy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for stone foundation work. "Bryan and his crew did 2 different jobs for us. The first was to demo an old concrete garage pad and block retaining wall in the backyard. They also pulled several wood fence posts and graded the whole yard. This spring they came back and excavated the front to widen our driveway and poured new steps, a sidewalk, and the driveway with concrete. We are extremely happy with Big B Concrete - Bryan was great to work with throughout the whole project and brought a lot of good ideas to the table. Many other contractors balked at the size and scope of our project but Bryan was game from day 1. I was impressed with the excavation and demo work they did, but I am absolutely blown away with the concrete work. Everything looks incredible and very high quality. I would recommend Big B to anyone."

"This company was meticulous in their preparation of the area. Working conditions were not great, since it was 93 degrees outside and 98% humidity. They worked a full day on Day 1, cleaned up all refuse (we provided a garbage can and a trailer to dump the trash), and left the area clean. The second day was even hotter, and more humid - and they had to wait while each of the 4 layers dried. Then we had to wait 48 hours for the floor to cure. We had fans running from the upstairs house, down through a staircase, and also had one of the company's blowers running. We also had two window fans in the basement, blowing air out of the house. We set up a plastic sheeting barrier around a wind blower on the staircase, so the amount of fumes in the house itself was minimal. This project needs to be done at a time when you can thoroughly air out the house, because the fumes are considerable. The results are beautiful! I can now do a light vacuum on the floor, then damp mop it with a terry cloth mop head (I chose a slightly rougher finish because I don't want the floors to be slippery for the dogs). It is so much easier to keep clean. I am thrilled with the results. This is a hard working, conscientious family business and they perform high quality work. I received a much higher quote per square foot from a different local business."

"Armor Asphalt completed the work last summer. This review was submitted late. The crew showed on time and completed the work within two or three days. The new driveway replaced the original driveway, which was over 20 years old and was beginning to crumble. The new driveway looks better than the original driveway installed by the builder of our home. An overall excellent job done by a competent and courteous crew."
