"I had my panel and external service replaced. Cindy helped with scheduling and arranging for the inspection afterwards. On the day of the scheduled work, Evan arrived promptly, did a great job with the work, and answered all of my questions. Evan had also been out previously to give the quote for the work and was very thorough in his inspection and explained the reasons for all of his recommendations. Previous owners of my house had hired contractors that did some shoddy work. While Gen3 is not the cheapest quote you will find, they do their work properly and to code. "I used AMR Service Group to install an EV charger which meant upgrading my wiring systems as well. They came to my house for a quote and were amazingly professional. They gave me some advice and told me in front that I may have one or 2 holes on my ceilings. They came back the week after to install everything. They did a great job in less than 3 hours. I had a quick question on the day after (which was a Sunday). I texted them and they called me back on Monday morning to tell me what to do. I can go on and on to talk about how great they are.
