"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

"Paul completed an entire reconstruction of our kitchen with custom cabinets, including wall removal and beam installation. We trusted him with our design, plumbing and electrical issues and he did an excellent job. Not only is he a master at his craft, he construes complete professionalism at all times. The thing that I appreciated most about Paul, was that he showed up. Every single day he was the first one here and the last to leave, along with his son, Justin. Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. He helped us think outside the box and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He talked me off many a ledge and even helped me with paint colors. This was a lot of money for us but he made much less stressful than it could have been. I trusted him and his team and I'm so glad I did. 5 stars!"

The job was priced as materials plus labor so I could see exactly what my ladder choice was going to cost and how much he was charging for installation. The ladder was priced at his cost. The job was done properly and the area cleaned after the work was completed. -- Most important I believe Chris can be trusted to be up front about cost , work and material requirements and timeliness."

"I found Legacy Painting through Home Advisor. After receiving three competitive bids, I decided to go with Legacy Painting. They were fantastic. Mark came out to review and job and provide an estimate. I needed my exterior garage door painted, along with my kitchen and dining room. I also needed some new trim installed around my utility room door and the kitchen floor. After accepting their bid and selecting a time, their guys came out promptly to first clean the garage door exterior, then to paint/install trim. They did an exemplary job, on-time, and on-budget. Due to rain constraints they couldn't paint the garage door on the same day, but they were out bright and early the following morning to finish the job. Dennis came out as well to inspect the job both inside and out. They did an exemplary job. When I eventually go to sell the house, I will definitely hire Legacy Painting again to re-paint the interior walls. I believe the workmen's names were Carlos, Martin, and Gabriel. They we very friendly and efficient. They were sure to protect my floors and counters, and cleaned everything up when completed. "Mr. McKnight was extremely helpful and very attentive during a really stressful period of time when my roof badly needed to be repair and my insurance company was being difficult. He was always available for questions (and I had many) and helped me deal with my insurance company. I did not have a roofer before when dealing with the insurance company, so they previously denied my claims 3 times until Mr. McKnight came along and fought for me. I credit all that was covered by my insurance to his persistence and hard work. He is always punctual and shows up or call when he said he would. I have a completed roof and repair now, thanks to Mr. McKnight. After that, I needed some trim and siding work done and once again he came through. I find him to be reasonable priced and he worked with me on the pricing when I had concerns about cost. I find Mr. McKnight easy to deal with and will utilize him in any future roofing or repair work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Mr. McKnight and his guys as honest, hardworking, and they get the job done right. Thanks Bobby!"
