Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. The job was priced as materials plus labor so I could see exactly what my ladder choice was going to cost and how much he was charging for installation. The ladder was priced at his cost. The job was done properly and the area cleaned after the work was completed. -- Most important I believe Chris can be trusted to be up front about cost , work and material requirements and timeliness."

"Initially, I just hired this company to do interior painting. I liked the workmanship so much that I also hired them to also paint the exterior of my home. I am pleased with the guys that came out to paint. They worked quickly and kept asking me if everything was satisfactory. They were always on time and very courteous. Dave was great to work with! He was easy to get ahold of, was very patient with my indecisiveness and even let me change a color I wasn't pleased with. Loved that I only had to pay a portion up front and only paid the balance once work was complete and a walk-through performed."

"After meeting with Dennis, one of the owners, I hired Legacy to repaint the exterior of my home in Lynnwood. He and Mark, the other owner, were great to work with and did a great job of communicating throughout the process which included a slight delay due to paint shortages because of the pandemic which is understandable. Mark even gave me recommendations on color and paint type to ensure I was getting the proper finish and color that I was looking for. For the actual project, Henry was the lead and power washed the house about a week prior to starting on the painting. Henry was great... punctual, efficient and did quality work. All told, it took about 2 full days for a crew of 2 to prep and paint our house and we're thrilled with the results. Henry was also a very good sport about my OCD in finding spots that needed to be touched up and did it all with a great attitude and smile on his face.
