Rachel is always positive and upbeat. She explained everything thoroughly then Albert and his team did everything quickly and professionally. There were a couple of unexpected challenges. These were quickly communicated and then handled smoothly and without a hitch. Albert went out of his way to come ahead of time, on a weekend, and tarp a leak before a major rain storm. They did a great job of making sure everything was taken away with no materials or trash left behind. I'm so glad I was able to get them to do the job!"
