When I found suitable replacement parts for the broken hinges, I made a follow-up appointment with Derek because the original hinge had been discontinued and the new one needed adjustments to the actual cabinet. We made a follow-up appointment (I think he was one minute late, so overall I would say he is very dependable!), and the repaired cabinet was good as new. He included the follow-up visit as part of the original deal.

Overall, the experience was very good, Derek is very dependable, skilled and conscientious. I would certainly hire him again and would recommend him for any odd jobs that might be beyond your skill level.
