"We had a great experience with Delightful Blind's Jonathan Epstein. He brought the showroom to us. We originally purchased a Big Deal, but realized the deal would not cover the work required. Jonathan worked the price for us. Don't get me wrong. He sells Hunter Douglas blinds and shades so you are going to pay more; however, they come with a lifetime warranty and are high quality shades.
I am not thrilled with one of the charges, but Jonathan did work out a fair price for us.
Jansen, our installer, came at the beginning of the window. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing. There was an issue with the remote controlled shades, but he worked it out with the manufacturer. He did a phenomenal job!
It's only been a few hours, but I would highly recommend this merchant.

"Most excellent! Blue Diamond's ability to work with us with all our idiosyncrasies and inexperience was very welcomed. Their transparency with costs, scheduling, sub-contractors, city inspections, and permits, gave us a huge amount of confidence. Their ability to incorporate our changes was relatively seamless. Also, their focus on communicating via email, text, or phone calls, kept us current on the issues that occurred during our remodel. All in all, they were excellent and are working on other projects with our family."

"The job was started on the day we had agreed. Jane helped me choose the trim color. The painting crew were very meticulous and conscientious. They did a very thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves, and removed most of the scraped off old paint and removed wood.. The house now looks fresh and beautiful."

"The design was totally useless to me. I was extremely disappointed.

"I did not go with this company, they refunded my money because I didn't like their design.   I've reviewed this before.  Please can you stop these requests to do a review.
