"We had a great experience with Delightful Blind's Jonathan Epstein. He brought the showroom to us. We originally purchased a Big Deal, but realized the deal would not cover the work required. Jonathan worked the price for us. Don't get me wrong. He sells Hunter Douglas blinds and shades so you are going to pay more; however, they come with a lifetime warranty and are high quality shades.
I am not thrilled with one of the charges, but Jonathan did work out a fair price for us. 
Jansen, our installer, came at the beginning of the window. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing. There was an issue with the remote controlled shades, but he worked it out with the manufacturer. He did a phenomenal job!
It's only been a few hours, but I would highly recommend this merchant.

"Job went well.  Final product turned out better than we initially envisioned.  Quality was outstanding. Brought interior of our 60+ year old home up to date.  Very happy with final results.  The work scope did increase throughout which caused costs to grow over original budget and contributed to some of the completion delays.  Their cabinet maker, electrician, tile layer, and carpenter were outstanding.  Support from their recommended interior designer proved to be invaluable in helping us select cabinets, stains, paints, floor and bathroom tiles, bathroom fixtures, and carpeting.  Although the remodeling took longer than we had hoped and cost more than we originally planned, we are very happy with the final result.

"Jane and her team were the favorite part of my remodel project. They were fair, punctual, hard working and most of all extremely competent. The guys actually doing the work cleaned up after every single day (important for me as I have 3 kids and a puppy) and were quick to respond to any concerns I had. Jane's team even helped me 'upcycle' an old desk I had by beautifully painting and restoring it. They didn't have to, but they even insisted on lugging that huge (and heavy) desk upstairs as they knew how excited I was to have it in my son's room. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you Jane and team!!!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"Matt/Prime Management did a complete remodel of our bathroom. We had an excellent experience at all stages with Matt. He's professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. He also has a keen eye for design. Matt patiently walked us through design options, paying close attention to small details but also keeping the entire design in mind to ensure that the whole look was cohesive. Matt also went out of his way looking for ways to keep costs down for us, and he frequently stopped by our house to check on the project's progress and provide me with updates. Most importantly, the end product was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely call Matt again the next time we need a contractor."
