"   I contacted Lopco Contracting because they had a lot of good reviews on Angie's list and I needed some exterior painting done quickly (it's a long story). They were very responsive from the first - worked with me on getting what I needed done within a reasonable cost, kept contact throughout so I knew what was going on, and did a professional and flawless job. Their crew was polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They also followed up with requests I made for additional paperwork to satisfy my lender (a condition of the loan was that peeling paint be repaired within 30 days). I graded them 'B' for the price because I believe I could have had it done cheaper - but certainly not better, and certainly not within the time constraints I gave them.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience in getting this painting done.

From initial assessment to finished project (and that included researching for matching materials) everything was done professionally. "The work was performed to our satisfaction. We encountered a minor problem. A porch gutter was  bent during the installation. When brought to Ken"s attention it was corrected immediately and a new gutter was installed. An area of concern, was that after they started  the job, we were informed that the roof deck had to be covered over with plywood. This increased the cost of the installation by $3500. The initial quote was for $11200, hence a total cost of $14700. The reason this was a concern, was due to the fact that the house next door, which is the same construction and built at the same time as ours, had been reroofed three weeks prior to ours. They did not require a plywood install. I don't know if this was needed or not and probably will never know. The reason I question the need, is due to the fact that Ken Luther had installed the prior roof thirty something years ago, without the plywood, and we never had a problem. In fact, we did not replace the shingles  because we had a problem, but due to the age of the roof, we felt replacement was the prudent thing to do. I mention this so that others will be aware of the possibility and I feel this needs to be a discussion prior to signing.

"I will recommend Richard and his crew highly. They changed our roof in December last year. They are small but highly efficient crew. RIchard came to our house and explained the plan and details. He also made us understand what will be doing and how must time will it take to finish it. During work he also showed us some problem area beneath Stucco and we were glad that e changed the siding on that side of house."

"Awesome company all around. We needed a quick gutter cleaning and we called Hector Power cleaning. They called us back promptly, came quickly, got the job done properly and fast and were punctual, very respectful & professional. They rang the bell before and after doing the job. They introduced themselves & explained how how the job went afterwards. Price was great. Wish everybody was this easy to hire. In and out no hassle. Will definitely hire again."
