"Watch out, different employees have us very different estimates. One was honest and one tried to way overprice our roofing project. Also during the installation they tried to skip replacing plywood as we’d agreed upon without discussing with us first. Luckily my husband was home and caught the mistake. There were definitely some good things too, the knowledge and quality of materials was excellent. They got our entire project done in one day and worked very hard."

"i see lot positive reviews ,but does anyone really go look at work, I gave Richard 2 roofers to do side by side ,bad thing to do ,only thing he cared about doing them the same day , he never got out truck .nor did he go on roof to see what job his borrow help did, i had shingle buckling even sent him 2 photos never came to look got like the warranty Richard gives been 4 months now still picking up nail tells gutter were all cleaned not true i had 3 pounds roof nail in gutter . vent were never sealed"

"Care Free Homes did a wonderful job on our home. We had the entire exterior of the house redone. It looks beautiful. We started the process of pricing etc with Joshua who was very responsive and informative. He continued to be very helpful thru the entire process. Jeff our project manager always took the time to answer all our questions and addressed any concerns we had immediately. Robbie and team that worked on our home did an amazing job- they worked long hours - cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Robbie was very meticulous and took pride in his work. Care Free Homes was a great choice for us"

"Replacing a roof is not cheap - and it’s not exactly the most fun thing to throw a lot of money at (versus, say, a new bathroom) . AEM (Kevin B. in particular) made this not only painless, but even pleasant. We got three bids - Kevin B. from AEM was the only one that bothered to actually visit our house, meet with us and explain the process. The other bids were just emailed in, apparently using some imaging system that let them measure our rooftop. AEMs bid was not the cheapest of the three, but it was absolutely competitive with the other two - and, because of Kevin’s walking us through the process, we felt much more comfortable having them do the project. Communication as we were getting closer to the day was very good (I work at home - so I knew I’d have to take the day off given the noise). There were a few unavoidable weather delays - Kevin always kept me informed. On the actual day, the team was here early - as was Kevin - and the whole process was done in a day. Something really cool - they had to get into our yard through our neighbor’s back yard (with his permission, of course!) - as a gesture, they raked his leaves! They also cleaned our gutters while they were up there doing the roof. After the fact, the cleanup was perfect - our back yard was spotless! Kevin and his colleague also did some great work repairing our soffits. Anyhow - I don’t think we can recommend AEM highly enough - they care for their customers - and made this as painless as possible. We are very happy with the results. Thanks Kevin and team!"
