I am additionally concerned that I was not able to evaluate the whole system until now and since identifying these issues and not receiving any interaction from him causes concern that his intention was never to follow though in the first place."

Explained the gist and she said she couldn't provide an estimate for that over the phone, but told me their hourly rate is $165 and that is per worker so double that if two were on job, etc. Pricey, but not unexpected for skilled labor. Scheduled a time and I met Rodney. He was knowledgeable & friendly.
