"The company admitted they had spread themselves thin and subcontracted with people they didn't normally use. The project dragged on far longer than expected (they said 2 weeks... it took at least 2 months). Quality of painting on the house was fine, but paint on the windows, screens, garage door, and driveway was not fully cleaned up. Even with this, I would have given them a better score, but the work on the deck was not good. They scraped some of the loose paint off... and then painted over the flaked off paint. Winter passed and much of the paint has come off the deck. It is very disappointing."
