"I dealt with Ken from beginning to end. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled! Our new front and back doors are gorgeous, well made, and installed with perfection. Our back door jamb was not plumb and Ken spent time and energy to ensure that our door was installed properly. I appreciate the quality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend using them."

"Perfect. My dog ran through the screen and stretched it. I called and filled out service request. They called back and we scheduled the repair (service). Got a call today and they were here within 45 minutes. Quoted me a price (more than fair). They replaced the screen and it works perfectly. Really appreciate the professional team.Steve and Todd were the BEST."

"ght $10k of Marvin Infinity Windows in 2010; came w/Limited Lifetime warranty. Now the Ultrex Fibreglass frames are fading and discoloring and the weatherstripping is shredding and failing. Gravinas won't honor the Warranty and is slow and hard to communicate with - they have told us that " upper management at Marvin will have to decide" what gets done and who will do the work. Gravinas is not an ethical, or responsible, company and Jim Gravina is a poor business owner/manager! I recommend that no-one does business with Gravina's - if you do you'll be sorry if you ever have a problem or need help. On the other hand Lifetime Windows and Siding sells Marvin Windows and stands behind their products and customers; a MUCH better choice for anyone looking for replacement windows."

"Jeff came out and did exactly what is advertised on their website: inspected and educated. Excellent service with a depth of knowledge. My wife and I have owned a house for almost a couple years now that is 62-63 years old with a crawl space. It had some foundation work done sometime before we took ownership and we just wanted some peace of mind that everything was still solid. Jeff came out and ended up just doing a cursory inspection since my wife and I didn't need anything official, just a professional eye. I followed Jeff around as he was pointing things out. Thankfully there was nothing of concern, just points of interest, and a lot of education. At the end of it all, my wife and I are much more confident in the backbone of our house thanks to Jeff and the Foundation Professionals of Colorado."

"The install itself was fast and relatively pain free, which is why this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star review. However, the windows themselves are awful, to the point where we feel swindled. They were noticeably drafty in the winter, and we can hear literally everything happening outside. Additionally, when doing our taxes this year, we realized that the windows they installed are only certified for energy efficiency in the Southern US -- basically, Florida and Texas. They do not meet the certification standards for Colorado, even though we emphasized energy efficiency as a motivator, inquired multiple times about the rebate process, and after the entire sales pitch was based on how they're based in Colorado and are designed to handle the high UV and swings in temperature. The actual contracts that we received had no information about specific model numbers for the windows either -- they only say 'Infinity' as the brand, so we couldn't have looked it up even if we had the foresight."
