"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "Backstory: I had many damaged shingles that needed to be replaced. Several different roofing companies had driven by and seen my roof. They stopped and left their contact information and some even got on the roof. What they all had in common was their promise that they could get the insurance to cover the replacement. We finally picked a company to try processing our roof repair with the insurance company and the claim was submitted and my insurance company decided to repair not replace the roof. The contractor said they could not do the repair because the shingles were too fragile. We resubmitted the insurance claim but the insurance company was not budging. That is when the roofing company just stopped communicating with me. I just gave up at this point. My review of Coastal Elite Roofing: A few months had went by and that is when we met Smith Adams. Smith noticed the damage we had right after a good storm. He knocked on the door and we told him we were not interested due to our previous experience with the other contractor. He promised that his company was different and he guaranteed they could get results. We reluctantly let him check out the roof and when he came down he was shocked that the insurance company did not authorize a full replacement. While explaining the damage to us he seemed much more knowledgeable than the previous contractor. We decided to give it another shot on filing an insurance claim. We signed some paperwork with Coastal Elite Roofing to start the process and the rest is history. The insurance company approved the claim and we met with Smith again to pick out the new shingles and schedule a time for the new roof to be installed. I was then contacted by a nice lady in the office to arrange payment of the small amount I owed. I can't remember her name but she was great. As the install date approached, I was contacted by Colby Easterwood. He was the production manager and wanted to make sure the install went smoothly. He was very nice and also a pleasure to work with. The install crew showed up at 7 a.m. on the install day and got right to work. I had an appointment in Savannah that morning and was unable to stay at the house. I got home just a little before noon and the crew was almost finished. Wow, is all i could think. They were so fast and did such a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Those guys were amazing. Shout out to Smith Adams, Colby Easterwood, the office staff, and the installers.
