"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

When it was discovered that there was a break in the sewer that was caused by someone else, Chuck immediately found out who had caused the problem, contacted the company, arranged for them to repair the damage and to reimburse me the very next day, and called me to keep me in the loop. "I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"My parents are elderly and live in Pomeroy. Guardian installed a heat pump for them several years ago. The first time it was wired incorrectly and they had to return to correct it. This winter it stopped working and they had no heat. The heat pump was still under warranty. I called Guardian after my parents said they had called several times and were "getting the runaround". I was completely shocked when the female employee who answered the phone told me that they were not going to make a special trip to Pomeroy for one customer. She explained they had no other "runs" in Pomeroy and would not respond. I would not recommend Guardian to anyone. This is an unethical and unprofessional business practice. What kind of company installs a product and then refuses to repair it when it is still under warranty? We called Up The Creek on Thain and they immediately responded and were very helpful."
