Project Location: Punta Gorda, FL Project Location: Punta Gorda, FL Date: 01/22/24Soundproofing Locations: WallsSoundproofing Locations: WindowsSoundproofing Locations: FloorsComment: i have a neighbor that has a professional grade sound system including an amplifier. he has the amplifier on 23 hr/day. sometimes w/music;doesnt really matter. i cant sleep or work (wor from home). DESPERATELY NEED SOMETHING that will help with this sound/vibration. the amplifier sends an electric current thru everything in my hose--- walls, floor, chairs, bed, couch, etc. have spoken w/police 9 times and HOA twice. neither of them are interested in helping me. also spoke to P.I. very hard to get any help because the amp is not really noisy. it' more of a vibration/rolling current feeling. but its constant so it's literally driving me crazy and nobody else can feel it. have been dealing with this since Halloween and i'm ready to flee my house in the middle of the night. im spending nights in motels just to escape this. im not under the care of an MD or have a psych diagnosis. i work full time from home. my hearing is fine. not hallucinating this, not imagining it and not exaggerating. ANY help or helpful info would be appreciated. not familiar with this type of thing, so would really appreciate anything that i can do to decrease the noise; particularly the roiling vibration/shaking that im dealing with constantly. not the typical neighbor that lets loose on the weekends. this is a compulsion for him. thank you for reading and again sorry for the lengthy project note. hard to describe and hard to believe if youre not living in it day after day. thanks, Melany
