"I called a number of providers who weren't interested in doing my job because it was too small. I needed insulation only above a garage that I had newly finished. Insulation Pros was not only willing to do the job, but the price was exceptionally fair given the small space that needed to be done. The guys arrived on time, were polite and efficient, worked quickly without making a mess, and did more than I expected. What I mean by that is I had installed some storage and an exhaust fan in the attic area, and they went out of their way to install some baffles and dividers in the attic to keep the insulation from getting blown around too much around my storage space. I hadn't thought about doing that myself nor did I ask them for it and I really appreciate that they took it upon themselves to just take care of it because it was the right thing to do. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and I would recommend them to anybody.

"We removed a wet bar from our house in order to make the area into a media center. After doing the demo, we saw that the drywall needed to be redone, so we called Ciro. He answered that same afternoon, and came out to look the next day. He said we could either replace the drywall or simply do a skim coat, that he would do whichever we preferred. We opted to just do a skim coat.
He came back the next day and started working. He's just a very nice guy. He papered the entire walkway to the work area, worked very neatly and put two coats of thin set on that day. Removed the trim around our canned lights before working. He came back just this afternoon, put plastic up over the entire work area, and finished sanding.
Looked great, you can tell Ciro knows what he is doing, and I would use him again if I had any more work.

"Outstanding quality, especially in custom designing what is called a cricket flashing to go around a chimney, the corner of the house and a valley which all converged at the same point.
Once the old roof was off, we found approximately $1700 worth of dry rot that needed to be replaced. I felt the crew, particularly Mike Gibbs, did an excellent job of helping me understand the problems and then pick the best solutions to correct the problems. Their price for the extra work was extremely fair and the again the quality was excellent. We ended up replacing all of the fascia boards and the final result looked better than the original (and it was Mike's idea of how to do it).
In addition to the roof, they blew in some additional insulation in my two level attic to bring it up to an R-38 rating. There were two spots that I felt might have been just a bit short and they returned promptly and filled in those spots by hand ... no questions asked.
For what it might be worth, the building inspector, when I told him the work was done by Brazil, sort of muttered under his breath "Good, they do it right" as he climbed the ladder to look at the roof.

"I have to admit that for a very long time (about a year) I was skeptical about reviews like these and so I had a hard time with having someone complete the work in my property and trying to find the right person or company to do the job. Having worked as an airline professional, I can be very critical of other peoples? work. Dave Sargent and his crew are true professionals. Their work
habits the use of high quality materials and the superiority of their work are to be commended. They work well individually and as a team. There was no loud radio and they cleaned up after the day was done. They showed up on time and finished the project in a timely manner. From the initial phase till the county inspection, Dave was there making sure that things are done correctly. If he has to attend to something away from the project he is only a cell phone away and issues get resolved promptly. I remember the day when we had an inspection appointment. I had to do some errands and Dave arrived a half hour before our meeting time ? the inspector arrived three hours later! Dave made follow-ups to make sure that there were no other issues weeks after the job was done. This write-up might be too complementary to be objective but Dave Sargent and his crew regained my trust in those who are devoted to their trade."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
