Despite multiple repairs, have had problems with leaks that kept coming back, ever since. Malachi contacted me after I put my information into Angie’s list. We set a time for him to take a look at the roof and give me estimate. He arrived, on time, at the time specified. He explained in a very understandable way what was causing the leaks and what he would to do fix it. He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot and within a short time emailed the written estimate to me. The price he gave me was significantly less than other companies I had quoted with.
