"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"I am a DIY guy who rarely hires contractors for home improvement projects. My 4200 square foot shake roof needed replacement and we decided to go with a thick Owens Corning shake-like shingle (Woodmoor Chestnut). The project involved removing the old shakes, installing the new shingles, plywood sheathing, skylights/solar tunnels, underlayment, vents and lots of flashing. Being a DIY guy, I was very apprehensive about trusting this expensive project to a stranger. I picked DHT based on Owens Corning recommendation, online reviews and meeting with Curtis. Garrett's Roofing was the second contractor I contacted through HomeAdvisor, the first didn't get back to me in a timely manner after the initial call. Garrett's Roofing responded quickly and made an appointment that was convenient for me. Logan, the technician, was punctual, friendly and very cooperative. He repaired the roof and took "before and after" photos for me to show our insurance company. I was very pleased with their service and will call on them again should I need any further work done on my roof."

"Craig was wonderful! I called him on the off chance he was available to come out for a roof leak during a long stretch of horrible wind and rain. He returned my call within 10 min and made time to come out to my house because he happened to be in the area. He examined my roof where the leak was and determined that the roof wasn't the problem, but the grout in our chimney. He then proceeded to inspect the rest of our roof, showed me a few spots that would need to be repaired in the future and even told me how to fix a simple problem myself and how to wrap my chimney until a mason could come out. Clint and Sergio and their crew arrived on time and got the asphalt roof replacement done on time. They sent me photos of the progress and only made repairs to the roof deck where needed. This is a rental home and I live 2 hours away but from their reviews and from talking to them, I decided that they were trustworthy and their bid was reasonable."

When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision.
