"The service was good and the guy who came out fixed the problem, albeit at a very high cost. Basically Pacific charged me $400 to replace two $20 capacitors (at the most), $79 for diagnostics, and slipped in two years of tune ups at $188 a pop. I have two heaters. I'm hesitant to have them come back out for the tune-up but I've already paid for two years. A lady called me shortly after the service to see if how things went and if I would recommend them to family and friends. I said **** no and explained the situation and she agreed that it was a little shady and that she would have someone reach out to me...no one reached out, which is why I'm leaving this honest review. If you have money to blow, then Pacific Heating and Cooling is for you. If you're on a budget I definitely would not recommend this company. The service was done on the 5th of March and my first tune-up is scheduled for the 28th of March. I'm curious to see what they try to sell me when they come back out."
