Job included: - removal and disposal of old carpet and glued down wood floor - level floor with concrete levelling compound - remove, paint and reinstall baseboards - paint walls and ceiling - install vinyl plank flooring - clean entire unit including windows, appliances and bathroom Igor was easy to work with and had no issues to increase the scope of work mid-job with the addition of ceiling painting. "I can’t recommend Clint and Footprint Floors any higher. We were feeling a little stressed with getting our tile kitchen floor installed and Clint made the whole process easy, and stress free. We had an old home with a non ideal subfloor. Josh was the installer, and he is a 10/10. The job was bid for 2-3 days but ended up taking about 6 due to a rotten subfloor. Instead of cutting corners as most would do, Josh replaced the subfloor and took the necessary time to make sure the floor was level and that the job was done right vs fast.
