At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction."

"Anthony & his wife showed up same day & sealed the driveway pronto. I also needed some roof repair on a flat entry porch & detached garage. Both had drainage issues for which we agreed on a course of action. He offered to do everything for $7,000. "And I'll throw in the driveway" he said. The contract was e-mailed to us & returned with a digital signature. After many broken dates, his crew of 2 guys finally got the porch roof done in 2 visits. That took a month to accomplish. I had already paid for the driveway ($785) because it was, after all, work that was done. Anthony then wanted a check for $7,400. I stupidly paid this in good faith thinking that things would work out according to contract. I looked at it again and noticed the total was for $6850 tax included. He argued against doing the garage which is on the contract. It got done. The work done on the porch is not according to contract & does not solve the issue. He refuses to inspect the work. Absolutely unprofessional."

"Everyone was professional and efficient - from sales to installment to follow up. I was thoroughly impressed! Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."

"Added 1000 sq feet addition to our house. Total roof area came out to 16 squares (1600 square feet). The owner Randy was just a gem of a guy. Respectful, polite, cared about his employee and completed the job with heavy concrete tiles in a timely manner. Excellent rates. Highly recommend this company and the owner has over 30 years roofing experience."

"When Andre first arrived for the estimate, he was courteous and prompt. He requested a large deposit but indicated his team could start very soon and handle the project 'no problem'. From there it all went down hill. They did not start on time and then did not get the required permits. When the inspector arrived, Synergy disappeared and found another job to work on. They left my house a mess. They came back to get their tools and have done nothing to get the proper permits or finish the job. They have not done the promised work. They are a textbook example of the worst type of contractor, taking a customer's money and disappearing with the project incomplete and my house torn apart."
