After trying what she recommended, she scheduled Ben to come by between 11:00 and 1:00; he showed up at 11:20 and did the work. Ben was both professional and personable, very kind and very honest. Fuse needed replacement. Cost was $288.60 plus tax, which is what an internet search suggested it should cost.
