"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "We have been living with a 60amp service and Knob and Tube wiring for 37 years. We called Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air,to upgrade our service to200 amps and to replace our Knob and Tube wiring. They promptly sent Matt R, Journeyman Electrician, out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and we walked through the house room by room as he explained what needed to be done to meet code, and asked us what new outlets or features we might want to add in each room. We went from attic to crawl space. Then he sat down with us and walked us through what might have to be done to complete the Job. At which point he ended by giving us a firm estimate of cost and what we would need to do to prepare the house. We made the decision to have them do the work and they put us on the schedule. On the scheduled date Thomas F, and Thomas L arrived along with Matt R. They walked us through the project and told us they had been allotted 5 days to complete the project; on our two story house. They stayed on schedule and actually didn't need a complete day on the fifth day. Thomas F and Thomas L worked tirelessly each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day all this during high 80's temperatures during the day. They took time from their work to answer any and all of our questions as they worked, and at the end of the day showed us what they had completed. All of their work was done with meticulous care given to quality, and journeyman standards to meet and exceed code. I would recommend these two electricians for any electrical project and especially those that may be on the more complicated level. They did our entire house including the installation of a new mast and meter base along with the knew 200 amp breaker box. Thank you Thomas F and Thomas L! Complicating their work was our little granddaughter. She was with us during the whole project and they took extra care to assure her safety and well being. Thomas F even brought her a toy Dinosaur which immediately became her favorite toy. If that were not enough he found out it was my birthday and brought me gift of his personally crafted art work as a present. What a great company and Great People. In this case the aphorism “you get what you pay for” is true. Seatown is worth every dollar."

"I called P.H. Tuesday evening and left a message. Wednesday morning they returned the call and said a tech could be here Thursday morning. He arrived within the 2 hour window. Jason was very friendly, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the needed part for repair so it would be ordered. The office staff called back on Friday to say the part was in and the tech could install it Monday morning. Gary arrived right on time. He too was friendly, courteous and professional. He installed the fan motor, tested it and was on his way in less than an hour. Work area was clean as it was before he started."

The Install team lead by Camryn Showed up IN THE SNOW right after Christmas and installed the entire new HVAC system (AC/Heat) and were professional and seemed to enjoy what they were doing even as it was freezing - and everything looks great and were On Time and got done fast but nothing looked rushed that I can see and we are enjoying the new system and already talked to others about this install already Can not say enough nice things about the Taylor Team and people working for them. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
