"I selected Side-Pro because they were the most professional, direct and honest of the contractors I interviewed. The gentleman who reviewed my home and the work that needed to be done used no pushy sales tactics, came up with quotes for several different options and price tiers, and was actually informed and experienced regarding the work to be done. This standard held for every person I met from their staff, from the office to the on-site contractors. Everyone was responsive, friendly and very helpful. My house was completely sided in Hardie Plank, fully up to Hardie's specifications, replacing some aging LP recalled planking and T1-11, along with correcting several emerging structural issues, including a completely rotten corner. The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work. Him and his crew were very respectful of our property and left our back yard cleaner than it started. They worked quickly but very skillfully. "Phil and Kevin did a great job with our siding repair project. Quality of work was great, they communicated well, and were able to help me decide on which areas really needed a repair and others that didnâ t. Their pricing was competitive, and I didnâ t feel like I was pushed into any unnecessary work (unlike some others that came out to evaluate our project). Overall, very satisfied with the work and would hire again. UPDATE: After completion of the work, we had our house painted. Unfortunately, one of the window trim pieces was completely rotten and needed to be replaced. Per our discussion, the entire window trim was supposed to be replaced, but only 1 piece was (the only one with visible damage). Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, but it cost me an extra $120 for our painting team to fix this. The cost of the project was $3275; I rounded up to $3300 then threw in an extra $100 to tip Phil. However, given the new finding, I asked if Phil could adjust the price so I wouldnâ t be stuck paying for a job I thought he had completed. While he did offer to come out at a later time instead, we were unable to do that as our project was already in motion. Phil declined to make the adjustment (which was basically the tip), and I feel for this reason I must adjust my review and remove a star. While the overall work was good, I feel this was a big oversight that would have left my home at risk for water damage had it not been found by the painter, and I think my request for price adjustment was very reasonable given I provided a tip and now had to pay extra."
