"Bill and his team handled multiple fixes for our household (I was only allowed to select one option here). First, Bill was very responsive and able to come out to see what I wanted fixed at my first availability. I was given a quote a few days later and it was in the same range as the other three quotes I had received (there was one fix - support under our house and deck that couldn't be accessed from a quick look, but Bill provided a rough estimate - the other companies wouldn't even provide a rough estimate). I decided to go with Zarza, Inc because of the friendliness, detailed description of the estimates, and flexibility to add more work if requested. After his extensive search for appropriate composition and dimension of material, he replaced and replicated a section of my forty-year-old faux onyx tub surround with common white PVC sheet, tinted oil-based colors, glaze, paint brush, and a rag.
