"My wife and I just had Oakland give us a quote, plan and then install, pour, a 8.5 cubic yard patio after removing the trex deck that it was time to retire around our inground pool. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished. My wife and I could not be happier with the job, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have concrete work done for any reason."

Bill replaced 3 steps from kitchen to terrace with a completely different order of work than the rotting, below code, dangerous steps I had. Requested photos, checked the steps himself, gave me a reasonable quote, had the work done with no further involvement from me and then checked the job afterwards. The experience was so good I asked if he had painters - yes - who I then hired to re-paint my bathroom and porch after a botched job by someone else. I wish he could rebuild my whole house!"

"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."
