After I placed the original order, I received an e-mail that they would contact me in a day or two to set everything up. I received a call from Diane asking me what kind of mailbox and lettering I would like. She said it would be a day or two to get the mailbox in and she would contact me to set up the installation.

She called me 2 days later and we set up the installation for the next Tuesday between 900am-1200pm. Her installer was running behind schedule on that day, but Diane called me 2-3 times to keep me updated. Her installer arrived a little after 1:00pm. As I had some appointments that afternoon, I couldn't stay with him but it was not necessary as he said I did not need to be home.

When I got home I had a new mailbox, secured in cement. The installer had cleaned up the area and everything looked great.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new mailbox put in securely.
