"Mr. Cunliffe is well-informed about the problems and solutions to waterproofing basements/crawlspaces, and regarding the behavior of groundwater and storm run-off. His crew worked very efficiently and maintained a clean job, and our problem of water in the crawlspace was solved. It is a delight to see water gushing out of the pipe and know that the sump pump is doing its job and our crawlspace no longer has standing water. The price was reasonable and I would hire Basement Medic again"

"In the last few years, we've been getting huge puddles of water all over our basement floor. Never happened before. Some stretched all the way across the floor. Took hours of work with a shop vac to suck it up and days for the floor to dry. In mid-September, we hired Once & Done Waterproofing. They had the lowest price and specialize in our kind of problem. Work was completed in just one day and very tidily done. Very hard-working crew. But it was a leap of faith waiting to see if that work would be successful. Didn't rain for weeks after the sump pump system was installed beneath our basement floor. Weâ ve now had two really heavy rains. The floor remained bone dry after each of them. A little bit of water still did come in at the base of the outside basement entrance, as expected, but it got no further than the drain they installed in the floor at the door. The real test may not come until next springâ s monsoon season. But so far, so good. Based on preliminary results, I would not hesitate to hire them."

"Jim is such a down to earth, honest, guy. It shines through in everything he does! He is an advocate when fighting with insurance companies to get coverage. He follows through, even when its an issue with a different contractor. He will jump right in and try to remedy whatever the situation is. We met Jim 5 years ago when we moved and needed a bathroom redone. We have had so many things happen since then and he has just been a blessing in my families eyes.
