"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Hands down the best company I had the pleasure of dealing with. They did some drywall repair and painting at my house, their work is excellent. They made the process simple and stress free. The crew that came to my house was amazing and trustworthy, I had no problem leaving them alone when I had to go to work. They also cleaned everything once they were done. They are 5 stars all the way. I won’t hesitate to give them a call for more work."

"Dan and his son did a great job repairing a damaged plaster wall. The wall looks new! They also removed a wall/window AC unit and installed window, complete with beautiful new trim around the window. They had to remove siding and cut through the exterior wall of the house to enlarge the opening for the new window. The finished job looks beautiful."

"He refinished cabinet, brought them back to new condition"

"Carlos was quick to respond to my inquiry and to complete our drywall repair work. Drywall repair is messy but Carlos was extremely neat and cleaned as he went leaving very little dust to be cleaned. The repairs look amazing and I can’t wait to paint!"

"Excellent work And cleaned up after themselves Well done"

"They did the repairs that I requested in a satisfactory manner, they were simple repairs nothing complicated."

"I'm a perfectionist and  extremely happy how the job turned out.  The walls are smooth and and well done.  The cutting is perfect.
They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. And I hired Ferree's Maintenance and Repair  for two jobs in the future.  He and his crew are highly recommended.   "

"I need help finishing my basement, and wanted to hire a local pro. These guys were a big help and did a great job and were very fast. They installed drywall around my furnace room and added soundproof insulation. They also installed drywall around the ceiling bulkheads and a few other areas to finish the basement, so that it was ready to paint. Everything came out looking very nice. I would recommended them and hire again."
